Daniel T. Sulton concentrates his practice on representing management in employee benefit matters.  His focus includes the design and maintenance of health and welfare employee benefit plans and ERISA compliance issues.  Daniel also provides proactive counceling to management and defense litigation involving employment laws, ERISA, and government inquiries.  He is a frequent speaker on various health and welfare benefits plan related topics and routinely provides ERISA compliance advice to large employers including Fortune 500 companies.  Daniel also serves on the Board of Trustees fo South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities.
