Paris James

Paris joined Trinity Consulting in September 2010. Originally from Akron, Ohio and a graduate of University of Akron she has lived in Charlotte for over 10 years. Prior to joining Trinity, her 15 year Employee Benefits career has been spent working in the Carrier, Broker and Consulting segments. Paris received her Master’s Degree in Global Economics in 2007. She will provide daily service to her clients, specializing in self-insured and fully-insured business.

Sarah Rich

Sarah joined Trinity Consulting in October 2007. As an Account Manager, she provides benefit advice and day-to-day service to our clients and assists them in the evaluation of their benefit programs. Prior to joining Trinity, she was an Account Manager with Mercer Human Resource Consulting for 10 ½ years. Sarah received her Masters Degree in Organization Communications from Queens University in May 2004.

Tracey Smith

Tracey grew up in the Orlando, Florida area. She attended Appalachian State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Communications. She began her insurance career at Prudential Healthcare in 1994 as a customer service representative. She moved to Charlotte in late 1995 where she worked for CIGNA HealthCare as a Client Service Specialist in the Sales Department for 9 years. She joined Trinity Consulting in April of 2005 and currently specializes in group insurance including medical, life, disability, dental, limited medical and voluntary benefits.

JaNeen Webb

JaNeen joined Trinity Consulting in September 2009. She attended the University of South Carolina and has over 16 years of experience in the insurance and consulting industry. Prior to joining Trinity, she was a sales representative with a major carrier and a senior consultant with a global health and welfare firm. She will provide daily service to her clients, specializing in the larger self-funded business.
