Harry W. Floyd is a seasoned professional in finance and human resources. Over the years, he has applied his expertise in helping US and international manufacturing and distribution companies maximize profitability and build the proper culture to attract and retain key personnel.
Harry has enjoyed the benefits of working with a host of strong business leaders in environments ranging from very high growth to financial distress. Harry holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. He holds professional designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA). He is a licensed insurance agent representing multiple insurance companies and various lines of business insurance. Harry has served on various Boards of Directors including The Employers Association and Covenant Day School. He is a current member of the Association of Independent Certified Public Accounts and the Society for Human Resource Management. He was formerly a member of the Metrolina Entrepreneurial Council, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP Alumni Advisory Board and Stalwart Systems Group, Inc. Board of Advisors.
Harry is from Myrtle Beach, SC, and currently resides with his wonderful wife of nearly 25 years, Allyson, and their three children Elizabeth, Jessie and Harrison.
