Scott is originally from Houston, Texas and a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He began his employee benefits career in 1991 and spent his first thirteen years in the business with Hartford and Unum, in both sales and management roles. Scott joined Trinity Consulting in 2009 after spending the five previous years as a broker. Scott and his wife, Stephanie, have three children and have lived in Charlotte since 1997.
