Amy joined Trinity Consulting as our Wellness Director in January of 2008. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with degrees in both Public Relations and Communications. Her corporate experience includes advertising, pharmaceutical sales, and, most importantly, corporate wellness. Amy has always had a passion for physical fitness and nutrition. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 1993 and personal training since 1997. As Wellness Director she uses this passion and work experience to help educate people on how to live a healthier lifestyle. She has been a featured speaker at women’s retreats, school assemblies, as well as weight loss groups. Amy is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI), Personal Trainer (PT),and Advanced Personal Trainer (APT), and by Schwinn as a Certified Cycle Instructor (CCI).  Amy lives in Charlotte with her husband and three children.

Erin Davis

Erin, a Charlotte native, started with Trinity in January 2011.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Human Resource Management.   She has worked in Human Resources for 13 years at two global manufacturing companies.  Her love for Human Resources and Benefits has brought her to Trinity.  Erin has received her PHR and her Green Belt in Six Sigma.  Erin and her husband, Danny, have two daughters.
