Worksite Wellness

Trinity Consulting incorporates a multi-phased approach to the rollout of any wellness initiative. The key to any effective Wellness strategy is education, awareness and communication. Ultimately, depending on company culture, we want to guide clients down a path that leads to annual biometric screenings. Using the results from these screenings, we want to stratify  employees into a health category using our proprietary Health Quotient. Finally we want to tie employee premium contributions to a health category.

Some employers will proceed more aggressively than others.  The only way to manage claims costs, over the long term, is through improved employee health.

Any investment iniative needs to be measured for effectiveness. Trinity uses a variety of metrics to help quantify the financial results of a Wellness Program.
