Trinity Consulting was
formed in July of 2000. After spending 15 years working
in the group insurance business, our founder, Alan Wise,
made the decision to start his own firm. The experience
of working for an insurance company and 12 years of work
as broker helped him formulate what he wanted Trinity Consulting
to be.
There was and still is a need for the service that Trinity
Consulting provides. We are a boutique organization specializing
in all aspects of employee benefits. Our customers need
fresh ideas that are a creative blend of cost effectiveness
and quality products. We walk our customer through the entire
process from selecting the right health insurance to implementing
that throughout the entire organization. We design a communication
plan that allows for feedback and then we overlay our outstanding
staff of high quality individuals who have only one goal,
which is the care of the client. We believe in real partnerships;
our lifeblood is dependent on those customers seeing the
value that we bring in ideas, implementation and on-going
service.
We also provide H.R. resources to all our customers at no
charge. These include all forms from HIPAA to COBRA, benchmarking
tools, any H.R. type of question on an interactive basis
through our website with over 3500 other companies like
yours.
